The Sino-Japanese Talent & Technology Cooperation Forum was held at Chunxiao Town of Beilun District on August 4, attracting over 300 experts and entrepreneurs from home and abroad. Present at the forum are Sun Zhaohua, Vice-secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy-director of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, and Nakamura Hiroaki, Director of the Supporting Committee for Overseas Activities of Japanese Technicians. Ma Weiguang, member of the Standing Committee of Ningbo Party Committee and Secretary of Beilun District Party Committee, attended the opening ceremony and delivered an important speech.
Since the first "national demonstration zone for foreign intelligence introduction" in China settled down in Beilun District in 2015, the district has been exploring the intelligence introduction policies, innovating the intelligence introducing platforms and optimizing the intelligence introduction services, to build an upgrading version of the intelligence introduction work under the new normal situation. This year, the district took the initiative to launch the "proposals on promoting the construction of the national demonstration zone for foreign intelligence introduction", and strengthened the construction of a group of international intelligence attraction platforms including the CSMT Center and the innovative application center of Iii Laser. An intelligence introducing ecology consisting of talents, projects, platforms and capital is gradually taking shape in the district.
At the forum with the theme of "lean production and craftsman spirit", foreign experts like Kumasawa Hisahito discussed with the Chinese entrepreneurs on how to promote the lean production, adhere to the craftsman spirit and promote the quality revolution from the perspective of the current situation and future trend of the lean production in Japan and the site improvement of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.
At the forum, Ningbo Human Resources and Social Security Bureau signed the memorandum of coopertion with the Supporting Committee for Overseas Activities of Japanese Technicians, which says that the two parties will conduct practical cooperation in such fields as talent introduction, project cooperation and training and communication.
